Want to be coached by me?

Before you get started, please understand that this is a beta test for online coaching. I’m taking on 3 people to work with for free for 3 weeks.

I’ll ask you to submit a movement assessment video so that your workouts are designed to fit your goals and needs.

After that, you will receive a custom 3 week training program with weekly performance targets.

You’ll have access to form videos as well as written cues so that you know exactly what to do and how to do it.

Gym access is preferred (apartment gyms are fine!), but I understand if you would rather workout from home given the circumstances with COVID-19.

I do not give out macro target or meal plans, but would love to teach you about nutrition basics and help you overcome diet roadblocks along the way.

You’ll have access to me via email and Whatsapp so you can send questions, concerns and form videos at any time! I promise to get back to you within 24 hours!
