  • Your workouts will always be customized to fit your specific goals and needs. I’ll show you how to complete your movement assessment, but I also want to know your exercise history and if you are experiencing any pain so the workouts are best suited for you and your body.

  • You’ll recieve a 4 week exercise program, which will give you time to master a skill and progress. Each week you’ll have performance targets so that you’re always improving.

  • Your program includes access to a personalized training platform that includes form demonstration videos as well as an easy way to track each workout.


  • I don’t give out macro targets or meal plans. I’ll teach about nutrition so you can make informed choices for yourself, rather than relying on me to tell you what to eat.


  • We’ll stay in communication via weekly email check ins. You can send as many form videos as you want for me to review and critique.


  • You will be asked to submit progress photos at the beginning of each new training phase, but your photos will never be shared without your consent!
